Finance Reports

The Finance Reports section is where you will find the most flexible and detailed reports in ePayTrak.

Each Finance Report page shows a Note at the bottom to define the nature of that report.

We've recently restructured all Reports to improve usability.

This chapter covers the following sections within finance reports:

Transactions by Sku - This report gives details of all transactions for a specific Sku.
Transactions by Sku by Tender Type - Similar to the Transactions by Sku with the addition of Tender Types included.
Refunds by Date - This report shows all refunds in your ePayTrak store for the time frame selected.
Deposits by Date - You can view Deposits by Date, Summary and Detailed Views.
Deposits by Date by Tender Type - A new report that subtotals all Tender Types.
Deposits by Tender Type by Period Summary - Similar to the Deposits by Date by Tender report but with totals of tender types for the date range selected.
Activity by Department - This report displays all transaction activity by Department.
Activity by Accounting Code - You can view all transaction activity by Summary or Detailed View by Accounting Code.
Activity by Department by Tender Type - This report displays all transaction activity by Department with sub-totals of the tender type.
Activity by Accounting Code by Tender Type - You can view all transaction activity by Summary or Detailed View by Accounting Code with sub-totals of tender type.
Activity by Accounting Code by Sku - A new report with Sku sub-totals within each accounting code.
Activity by Accounting Code by Date - A new report with Date sub-totals within each accounting code.
Activity by Accounting Code by Date by Tender Type - Similar to the Activity by Accounting Code by Date report with Tender Types added.
Activity by Date by Tender Type by Accounting Code - Our newest report.
Merchant Fees Allocation Report - A quick way to determine merchant fees by accounting code.
Coupon/Discount Report - This report shows all product transactions that utilize coupons.
Class Inventory Report - This report shows all state and local taxes collected.
Activity by Department by Accounting Code - This report is designed for schools that have many accounting codes to prevent running multiple reports to gather data.
