Transaction Reports

The Transaction Reports selection is where you will find the most flexible, customizable and detailed reports in ePayTrak.

Each transaction report page shows a Note at the bottom to define the nature of that report. We've recently restructured the Transaction Reports to improve usability.

This chapter covers the following sections within transaction reports:

Order Item Notes Report - A new report that will show all classes that were added or dropped after the transaction was already placed.
Shipping Report - This report shows all product transactions that require shipping.
Transaction Details - This Report displays all transactions in detail by choosing a variety of criteria.

Transactions by Date - A report for displaying all transactions by any date range you choose.
Credit Balance Report - Displays all negative balance orders.
