Roster Reports

The Roster Reports section is where you will find the most flexible, customizable and detailed reports in ePayTrak for printing Class Rosters or Enrollment.

Each Roster Report page shows a Note at the bottom to define the nature of that report.

We've recently restructured the Transaction Reports to improve usability.

This chapter covers the following sections within roster reports:

Orders by Sku - View a report with all transactions by product Sku number. This report now has super powers!
Class Enrollment Report - A report that shows all enrollees for a specific class.
Class Roster Report - Similar to the Class Enrollment Report with more parent contact information.
Class Roster Report with Extra Fields - More fields appear than on the Class Roster report.
Group Routing Report - A snapshot view of that day's activities.
